Ugne & Edmundas destination wedding took place in Agia Pelagia Crete, located on the north coast of Crete at 23 km northwest from Heraklion which is the capital of Crete. (https://www.agiapelagia.com/). Ugne and Edmundas are from Lithuania whith a deep affection for Crete. Their friends and family attended their destination wedding.
Their symbolic ceremony was officiated by the groom’s mother acting as celebrant which was a nice touch for an unforgettable symbolic wedding ceremony. The wedding took place at the stunning Villa Anemomilos in Agia Pelagia (https://www.cretevillas4u.com/en/Crete/Heraklion/Anemomylos-Villa) overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia.
Refreshing cocktails followed the ceremony with everyone basking in the May Cretan sun. As the early afternoon approached the couple and their guests enjoyed Cretan traditional dishes catered and served by the pool.
Before the the wedding reception a short video couple shoot took place on the majestic cliffs of Agia Pelagia with a stunning Cretan sunset in the background. Later on everybody enjoyed the wedding party with lots of dancing and drinking taking place up to the early hours in the morning.
